How often should I get my car serviced?
Every 10,000 to 15,000 kilometres or every six months, whichever comes first. It varies with your vehicle make and model as well as your driving habits. The 360-degree health check tells us what your car actually needs.
How long does a typical car service take?
It depends on the work. A basic oil change and tyre rotation takes around 30 to 45 minutes, while a more extensive service or repair can take several hours or a few days.
What should I bring when getting my car serviced?
Your owner's manual plus any service records or maintenance schedules. It also helps to bring a list of concerns or issues you have noticed, along with any warranty or insurance information.
Can I wait at the garage while my car is being serviced?
Yes. There are comfortable waiting areas with free Wi-Fi, TV and refreshments. If the service is expected to take several hours we can arrange alternative transport, or use the free pickup and drop service on major services. Pickup is by driver only, with a service contract.
